Ryan recently joined the Brennan Jandric Group and has been with Baird for 15 years. He has worked in a multitude of roles and brings a very broad, versatile skillset to the team. His main areas of focus are advanced planning topics such as tax planning, estate planning and retirement planning.
Ryan graduated from Marquette University in 2004 with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Marketing. Ryan earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) Certification in 2009. In 2016, he became a member of the Financial Planning Association of Minnesota (FPA-MN), an organization of over 700 professionals, where he served as President in 2021. Ryan is also an educator in that he teaches a Social Security class, Medicare class and Financial Literacy and Investing Class in multiple channels locally.
Ryan's role is by design consultative. His goal is to provide impactful planning advice to clients so they can live a meaningful life and leave a purposeful legacy. As a CFP®, Ryan is trained to help people identify their goals and uncover their risks. His planning process is experiential, delivered in a live setting where clients contribute ideas and help build out the plan that is most reflective of their values. From there, together they will stress-test the ideal plan to validate whether they are on track. If they are not quite on track, then Ryan will help them identify what are reasonable paths forward keeping their values in mind.
